Cracking day for a good walk! 407 steps down and a tad out of breath... and then another 28m climb up the inside of the lighthouse. Amazingly it's only a single light bulb from B & Q (more probably Stermat) that does the job of warning ships - the light has a range of 20 miles and there's a fog horn to back it up!
Skimming (see October 2006) - someone has broken the world record and done 51 bounces. I think we need more practice.
