Fresh Lobster

Good fun recently in and around Silver Bay helping pull some lobster pots. We think the peculiarly warm sea temperature helped bring in a much bigger than usual catch of lobsters (also resulted in loads of jelly fish). We were lucky enough to have the freshest lobster you can get 3 times in a week!
Did you know lobsters can be left or right handed - usually the European lobster has the left claw as the crusher and the right as the cutter. Been trying to work out which way the one in our picture is... any ideas?
